Promoting proper personal care
Ensuring the cleanliness and that the personal care needs are addressed is essential to promote the overall health of an individual. For this reason, we assist residents who have challenges in performing their personal and incontinence care. Depending on the needs of each client, our care professionals can monitor our residents as they take a bath, dress, or groom themselves. We also make sure that our residents’ nails are clean, and they are assisted as they go to the toilet to ensure their safety and that their adult diapers are accordingly changed, in case they need to wear them.
