Ensuring that residents adhere to their medications
Since some of our residents are dealing with a chronic health condition, we offer medication management. Part of our assessment method includes taking into account the residents’ health issues, specific health considerations, and medication intake intervals and dosages. Our care professionals will take note of this information and help clients manage and monitor their conditions. Residents who are dealing with diabetes will be assisted in monitoring their blood sugar levels and be given medication reminders. We also offer medication management to individuals dealing with heart issues and more.
